Customer service was great shipping was fast I ordered Monday received it today (Wednesday) the hair has a little smell but nothing strong it thick and soft bouncy the bundles match the curl pattern of the frontal I ran my hands through it and got a few strands nothing major I’ll give another update when I wash and get the install on Friday
